Ms. Limin Lian is the Founder and Director of Melmont Pty Ltd. Originally from China, she has extensive experience in business, investment, and international trade. Since establishing Melmont in Melbourne in 2014, she has led the company’s development from agricultural product trading into agricultural production, storage, and processing. Through the ARC Cyber-Farming Hub, she looks forward to collaborating with Monash University and industry partners to develop an intelligent refrigeration and preservation system for agricultural products such as fruits, vegetables, and flowers. The project aims to integrate advanced refrigeration technologies, artificial intelligence, and green energy solutions to improve storage efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and support low-carbon agricultural supply chains.
